Standard transport

1. Send from Monday to Friday, except holiday

2. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days of placing the order

3. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more; Otherwise, there is a flat rate of $5 for shipping within the continental United States

Orders are expected to arrive within 7-10 days of shipment

 

Emergency transport

Expedited orders ($25 flat rate) are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment

Overnight orders (flat rate $35) must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time and are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days of shipment

Return policy and procedures

You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of placing your order. All returns must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged.

To return a product, please email return@dynamic8.com with the return in the subject line and share details of the product purchased.

1. All reduced sale products are final sale products and are not eligible for return or exchange. Purchased items (unworn, labeled, in their original packaging) are eligible for return or exchange only 30 days after you place your order.
2. Exchange, store credit and/or refund will only be issued after our warehouse has received and inspected returned items to confirm that they meet the above return conditions.
3. Store credit requests can be processed free of charge and sent electronically; Credits do not expire and can be used for any content on our site.
4. It will take up to 5 working days after your return package is mailed to receive and process your return request.

Although we do our best, direct exchange requests cannot be guaranteed due to our limited stock.
5. If you return a portion of the kit or package, the refund amount will reflect the kit/package price of the item and not the standard full price of the item.
6. If you return an item purchased using a discount code, your refund will reflect the prorated discounted price of the item, not the standard full price of the item.
7. Damaged returns and returns returned without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
